Do you have a catalog you can mail to me ?

At this time, we do not offer a print catalog.

 

Do you send mailings, like brochures and stuff to my mailing address ?

No, we do not send out mailings of any kind to our customers.

 

Do you sell my e-mail address to others ?

No, we do not sell or provide our customers personal information to anybody, it is for our companies use only.

 

Do you ship in a plain box ?

All our shipment are sent out in a plain box with no markings or lettering on it of any kind. Nothing would give anyone any idea what is inside.

 

What will the shipping label on the box say, does it show you website's name on it ?

No, it does not have our websites name on it, that would not be very discreet, so instead it has our parent company name on it "CY Worldwide, Inc." As you can see, from that name, no one will know whether it is electronics or sex toys, our name doesn't even give anyone a hint.

 

How will your charge appear on my credit card statement ?

It will appear as "CY Worldwide, Inc." Again our name does not give anyone an information that specifically identifies the charge as related to sex toys in any way.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes ?

Yes, we ship to P.O. Boxes, all shipments to P.O. Box are sent via the United States Postal Service because UPS or FedEx do not deliver to them. However, we do not guarantee delivery times to P.O. Boxes, so Overnight Shipment are not guaranteed the next business day, nor would 2nd Business Day Shipments

 

Do you ship to countries outside the United States and if so, how much does it cost ?

We do ship internationally to many countries. There are some we do not ship to because of high rates of credit card fraud. We do not charge any duties or fees associated with importing to international locations, those costs are the responsibility of the recipient. Can you ship my order COD ?

No, we do not ship COD.

 

I don't have a credit card or don't like to use my credit card on the internet, can I pay by money order ?

Why don't you accept Paypal ?

We would love to accept Paypal, however Paypal has decided that it will not allow "Adult Related" companies to use it's service. Some adult companies are trying to mask what type of business they are to get around Paypal's rules. Unfortunately, that is their decision, however we believe in being honest and so we will abide by Paypal's rules.

 

I placed an order and requested Overnight/2nd Business Day delivery, why hasn't it arrived ?

There could be multiple reasons. It could be because you had it shipped to a P.O. Box, which since the United Postal Service doesn't guarantee it's time in transit, we do not guarantee it either. Another reason is that order normally take 1-2 days to ship, so it may be as long as 2 days from the time you place your order till it is dispatched from our warehouse. Yet another reason is that order are delivered on Business Days only, meaning no deliveries are made on Saturday, Sunday or most U.S. Holidays. Finally, it also could be because one of more items are not in stock and so the order hasn't be dispatched yet. You can send an e-mail to our customer service department and they will be glad to let you know why your order has not arrived yet.

 

How can I check on the status of my order ?

The easiest way to check on your order is to login to your account. Once logged in from the customer service menu, you can select to view past orders. From the list of your past orders, you can check on the details or even send a message to our customer service department to ask a question. I received an e-mail confirming your order, but I have not received anything since, how do I check on my order and find out what's going on ?

First, with all the spam on the internet these days, it is possible that your ISP didn't know that our e-mail was not spam and blocked it. This happen a lot with some of the big providers like AOL, Earthlink, MSN and Yahoo. 

The easiest way to check on your order is to login to your account. Once logged in from the customer service menu, you can select to view past orders. From the list of your past orders, you can check on the details or even send a message to our customer service department to ask a question. I received a notice that may order was cancelled, why was it cancelled ?

Most often this happens because your order could not be processed. Either there was a problem with the order, we sent you a message and have not gotten a response. Another reason could be that when we tried to process the credit card, the charge was declined. Credit cards can be declined because the billing address you provided does not match that of the card, the security code is incorrect or because the number is not correct. It can also happen because your credit card issuer is not allowing any new charges on your credit card because you are over your balance or late with payment. You can contact customer service if you think you may have entered the credit card information incorrectly ad they will gladly help you re-submit your information and attempt to process your order a second time.

 

I ordered something and I don't like it, can I return it ?

Some items are not returnable because they could used and we have no way of re-sanitizing them. Other items can be returned with no problem.
