Shipping All of our shipments are sent discreetly in plain packaging. Nothing on the outside will ever indicate what is inside. We realize that some of our customers are very private people and therefore we respect that privacy for all of our customers. Most orders are shipped with in 1-2 business days with the exception of Clothing and Apparel items, due to manufacturer delivery times, those items may not ship for 3-4 weeks. If you have a mix that includes items of clothing, we will not ship you order until your order is complete. Also, if more than two items on your order are temporarily out of stock, we will not ship your order until it is complete. You can contact us to receive partial shipments if you desire, however extra shipping charges may apply. We currently charge the following for shipping for orders within the USA, to Canada and to other international destinations. We currently use United Parcel Service (UPS) as our primary carrier for shipments within the United States, We also use the United States Postal Service for deliveries to P.O. Boxes, for shipments to Canadian Destinations and International Destinations as well. Please note that all shipping times via the United States Postal Service are estimates only and are not guaranteed. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box and select 2 Business Day Service, we will send your order USPS Priority Mail which may take 2-3 days. If you are shipping to a P.O. Box and select Next Business Day Service, we will send your order USPS Express Mail which may take 1-2 days. All Standard Ground Shipments sent to P.O. Boxes are shipped Parcel Post.
International Orders We are glad to ship internationally. However, each country has different customs regulations and we can not keep track of them all. Please be aware that YOU are responsible for all customs matters related to your country such as duties, tariffs, import taxes and import restrictions. We will not issue refunds for confiscated goods. We will only issue a refund if the package(s) are returned to us (not very likely).
